– You have to be eligible to smoke and to purchase items sold on our website.

– Our online store provides intermediery services between the Buyer and the Official retailers who sell the products presented on our website for the lowest prices possible. The Buyer names his/her representative agent for providing all the necessary information for the ordering and delivery process.

– The Buyer understands that even though we ship to USA, the Sellers are not from the United States of America and therefore the delivery may take time.

– The Buyer will let the Seller choose the most convenient delivery agent for the delivery process. We will aways keep you informed and you will understand where the parcel is. The Seller takes the full responsibility for the items to be delivered to the Buyer in the shortest time possible. All of the items from the website are being stored in a warehouse and the Seller is responsible to get them to the Buyer. Any arrangement, contract and transaction initiated with/involving the Seller shall be considered to be executed in the jurisdiction of the Seller and controlled by the existing legislation of this jurisdiction.

– It may take up to 48 hours for the transaction to be performed. So be patient. We are sure everything is fine.

– The sticks you find on our website cannot be resold to any third party. This is against the law in all countries of the world.

– The sticks offered on our website are of top quality. We are setting high standards in the services we provide. We work with the best manufacturers and make sure the customers come back for more orders.

– Your satisfaction is our main goal. We want you to know that we will do everything it takes to keep you by our side. We have a very friendly Return and Refund Policy but you also need to undestand that it is important for us that you know everything needs to be fair. We don’t just give the money away, we need to see and understand the problem. We will always try to fix it and make sure it never happens again. We are unable to complete refunds until a period of 30 days has passed due to the post offices tracking procedure. All orders should also be insured by your credit card provider.
